ok, but improvable

Property is surrounded by a very nice garden and the sea is very near by. The entertainment room is very nice. It is also separated from the main house, so if some of the guests want to play and others to rest, there is plenty of room for all and the ones who want to rest will not be bothered by the ones who want to play. this is a big plus. There is billiard, fussball, ping-pong, a sauna and a big TV with Netflix. don`t expect anything luxurious from the house itself- comfort is ok, like in a normal house. Also bring your own bedsheets and towels if you don`t want to pay extra for them or you forget to ask for them. Be aware that you need a car to get there and move around - there are no shops in the village and, except for going to the sea, there is nothing else to do in the village. And you will pay separately for the electricity and water you spend during your stay, so this is NOT INCLUDED in the price you pay when you make the booking.

1. Swimming pool was not available for us to use, although we specifically asked about it and we were told that ”if it is included in our reservation, then it will be available”. Well, it wasn`t, and what`s more, the pool was empty, there were some dead frogs on the bottom and, more important, the empty pool was NOT COVERED. Which for an empty pool is a hazard for anyone walking around it. 2. There were NO BASIC HYGENE products, such as toilet paper, hand wash, body and hair wash liquid, dishwashing liquid or kitchen paper. There is no shop in the village either, so not having any basic hygene products when you arrive there, no matter the hour, not even toilet paper, made it quite difficult for us at the beginning, until we managed to go to a shop. They were very quick in collecting the money for the water and electricity, but not even providing with basic hygene products, like toilet paper, is the reason why I lowered the mark - is not acceptable for a property that respects itself. 3. The house is a bit cold, especially downstairs. there is practically no heating system, except some electric radiators in the rooms upstairs, but downstairs there was nothing and we had to heat it with the AC machine. Both the AC and the electric radiators spend lots of electricity which afterwards is put on your bill, so if you are a cold person and you need a warmer house, it wil be quite a challenge. 4. you need to ask for bedsheets and towels at least 72hrs in advance and they cost extra. not everyone comes there with enough space in their luggage to bring their own bedsheets and towels, it should be part of the basic amenities provided.
