This modern penthouse apartment is located on the waterfront at Marina Wendtorf and features a spacious rooftop terrace with stunning panoramic views of the sea and the charming marina. Both the living room and terrace offer breathtaking vistas, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. The comfortable open-plan living and kitchen area provides access to the large rooftop terrace. The kitchen includes a stove and a wok burner for versatile cooking. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and flat-screen TV, while two additional sleeping places are available on a sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom is equipped with a rain shower featuring a steam function and underfloor heating. Entertainment options include a TV with Blu-Ray player and a Bluetooth-enabled soundbar. A bioethanol fireplace adds a cozy ambiance. The apartment is easily accessible by elevator, with parking available nearby at Palstek close to Strandblick. Please note that the holiday area is still under development, so occasional disturbances from ongoing construction may occur. Shops and restaurants on the ground floor are currently being completed. Rentals are exclusively for holiday guests.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Staying at this penthouse was a dream! The rooftop terrace has the most incredible views of the marina and the sea, We spent every evening up there, soaking it all in, The open kitchen was perfect for cooking our meals, and the comfortable double bed made for great nights of sleep, Highly recommend!

This apartment was a great base for exploring the area, Close to beautiful beaches and some lovely walking trails, The steam room added a touch of luxury, especially after a long day of sightseeing, Would definitely return!

What a lovely stay! The apartment was cozy and had everything we needed for our family of four, We especially enjoyed the terrace, perfect for morning coffee, Plus, the beach was just a short walk away, which was a huge plus for the kids,
