Tastefully decorated holiday cottage with whirlpool and sauna located in scenic surroundings at Tranum Strand. The house was built in 2009 and has an open concept kitchen and living room, bathroom with whirlpool, sauna, guest toilet with shower and a small covered terrace. The decor is bright and light in modern Danish cottage style with exclusive interior. In addition, a separate dining area off the kitchen. The large windows provide plenty of light throughout the day, making indoor stays on cooler days enjoyable. The warm sunny days will probably be spent on the terrace or the plot itself. There is a south/west facing terrace, partly covered and with plenty of opportunity for outdoor pursuits such as sunbathing, games and playing with the kids or enjoying the evenings around the barbecue. The plot is an open, level natural plot. Holiday area at Tranum Strand with shared facilities With a few kilometres to the sea and beach, a scenic area ideal for hiking and in beautiful surroundings, a cottage area at Tranum Strand was founded in 2009. The area is designed for modern, busy families who want peace and quiet of the holiday, but at the same time would like to have the opportunity to enjoy the outdoors when the weather and the desire is to it. The holiday cottages in the area are almost all equipped with whirlpool, sauna, satellite TV with German channels and a modern interior in high quality. Each house stands on its own plot and access to the houses is via the small connector roads minimising driving in the area. The large common area in the middle of the area has the following activities, free of charge for all the guests in the area: Football golf with 9 holes Hiking and cycling trails which crossing the area Krolf arc with croquet holes (can also be used for mini golf) Soccer goals 7x7 m pavilion with barbecue hut Petanque court Huge sandbox Swings, play tower, slide, playhouse, balance beam, spider net, seesaw Beach volleyball. When the weather is for trips to the beach, Tranum has a lovely sandy beach with clean water that receives EU quality label 'Blue Flag' year after year. From the parking lot to the water's edge there is a ramp so that wheelchair users also have easy access to the sea. Starting at Tranum Strand there is a relatively short distance to many of North Jutland's famous tourist places like Fårup Summerland, Blokhus, Aalborg Zoo, Aalborg Tower, Klitmøller windsurfer paradise, Bulbjerg's steep cliffs and the North Sea Science Park in Hirtshals. Do not forget to take a walk along the sea and buy a freshly caught fish directly from the cutter - there is still inshore fishing in the area.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
