Bright spacious accommodation, warm and welcoming cozy Nordic style. New 300 m2 deck around the hous allow you to find a sun spot all day long. Well-equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, blender, food processor, toaster, etc. Iron and hairdryer.
The bathroom has both a large spacious shower and a spa bath. Large worktop with space for things or, for example, a baby changing area. Washing machine. Large electric hot water tank so there is hot water for everyone. The spa bath has its own heating. Three rooms and an alcove provide 8 beds, all double beds. 1 bed is 140 cm, the rest is 180 cm wide. Large loft above the three rooms, often the children are happy to play there.
The wood-burning stove can keep the house warm in winter, the electric radiators can supplement but are not necessary, can of course be used, but they are more expensive. The heat pump can also keep the house warm and is preferred in winter as it is cheaper heating than the electric radiators. In summer, the heat pump can be used for cooling air conditioning.

The surroundings are fantastic with the beautiful nature, where the forrest is right outside the door and hiking trails are part of the landscape with steep slopes and hills in that runs along the coastline, there is the beach with the North Sea showers, and you can drive to Blokhus or Fårup amusement park, or eat at Svinkløv hotel, you can drive to Aalborg, go for a walk in the ZOO or shop in the city's shops, go to a café or see the many museums and galleries. Visit the open-air swimming pool and experience the city along Fjord, take the ferry to Egholm and take a long walk to see the troll.
