About this house rental
A very nice and well-appointed cottage close to the beach in Grønhøj in North Jutland. The cottage is located on a large and open natural plot with only 700 m to the sandy beach at Grønhøj. The cottage is furnished with a nice kitchen, which is in open connection with a cozy living room with wood stove. In the living room there is also an alcove - a small cozy corner where you can lie down and relax with a good book or read aloud to the children. The cottage has 3 bedrooms - 2 rooms with double beds and 1 room with two single beds. In addition, there are 2 bathrooms, one of which has a whirlpool and sauna. Outside there is a large and lovely terrace. Part of the terrace is covered. Furthermore, there is also an outdoor shower that can be enjoyed on the hot summer days. All in all, it is a super nice cottage close to the beach on the West Coast. Not for rent to youth groups.
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
