In the old Kergomar farmhouse, on the ground floor of a typical Breton penty is this very pretty vacation rental which includes: kitchen-living room-living room opening onto a large private terrace, a bedroom with 1 double bed 160x200 and its adjoining bathroom (with shower and wc). Terrace of 75 m² and pretty lawn of 1500 m² in front of the bay window, parking space common to the gite and the guest room. Shuffleboard, molky. Shelter possible for motorcycle or sports equipment. Located in the town of Ploumilliau in the heart of Trégor, between the Côte de Granit Rose and the Bay of Morlaix, the cottage -Kergomar- awaits you for a stay between sea and countryside. This gite with its independent access cohabits with a guest room upstairs (2 pers. - ref. 22G110796) and, in a meadow further on, 2 tents (2 pers. ref 22G110795 & 22G110794). Renovated and decorated by Alain and Morgane who live on the same site with their 2 children, everything is optimized, nothing is forgotten, the concern for a peaceful stay is permanent, the reception is at the top! The authentic setting of the place, the owners' pleasure garden, their vegetable garden make it a unique place where you will come across animals! most of whom live together in a meadow at the entrance to the gîte. For the pleasure of the eyes and the taste buds, go to the very beautiful market of Lannion, City of Art and History on Thursdays, 10 km to the North. Come and enjoy the joys of the sea while being in the countryside, in a cosy, very comfortable and single-storey gîte with its terrace area and lawn.
