Excellent value for money and well positioned

It was a great base for a short break. The host was very nice but she doesn't speak English and I speak very little French but can just about get by. The premises were very clean. There were more than adequate appliances.

In this modern day and age it would be nice to have internet. Saying that, my phone was able to easily pick up a signal. If you are not particularly fit, it is not the place to stay. There are exactly fifty stairs from the entrance door to the studio door. What concerned me was the fact that the front door could not be shut, let alone locked. Perhaps a security number lock could be fitted to make the premises secure

Handy converted top of the house with plenty of space, comfortable and right in the town so a good base to explore the area. Plenty of interesting places to visit in Saint-Pol.

The stairs are very steep so you have to be careful but you do get a great view from the top.

Merci Stephanie The apartment was fantastic comfortable clean with every facility you'd need for a short or long break. Excellent location near the centre of St Pol de Leon. Lovely town view from the front facing window. It is on the 3rd floor with many steps we were fine with them but not for everyone. We will be back!

Bad

The actual apartment looked ok

We never actually stayed in this apartment as we felt the narrow spiral staircase up 3 flights of stairs were dangerous to carry suitcases up & down. Also just going out every day would have been a problem which we didn't need at the end of our otherwise lovely holiday. The building is very old & smelt musty. We felt vulnerable as no key was offered for the front door, which opened onto the main street. We left within 10 minutes as didn't feel comfortable. Check the photos below for true representation of our concerns.

Logement idéalement placé en plein centre de St Pol de Leon, un grand parking se trouve à proximité (zone bleue), très nombreux commerces à pied - Hôte très avenante, explication très claires

La salle d'eau n'était fermée que par un rideau ; il y avait une légère odeur d'humidité. La fenêtre près du lit donne sur une rue animée. La cage d'escalier était étroite et sentait mauvais.
