Maison de Campagne Avec Piscine Entre Saint-emilion et Bergerac

We were very warmly welcomed by owner Sandrine with some fruit from the garden and three delicious bottles of wine from the own winery. During our stay, Sandrine regularly checked whether everything was as desired. If we had any questions, she was easy to contact. The house was very clean and decorated in a contemporary neutral style. We felt very comfortable in this atmosphere. We stayed in the middle of their gigantic vineyard; what a wonderful experience that was! The surroundings were also beautiful: extensive vineyards in a hilly landscape. We enjoyed it! We stayed at the end of July for 12 nights with our 9 year old son. The house is set up with everything you need for a holiday away from home with a wonderfully stocked kitchen. The fantastic owners met us and left a beautiful basket of vegetables from their garden which we enjoyed so much. They also left some gorgeous wine from their estate. There are 3 bedrooms which are a great size although we only needed 2 it meant we had so much space. There is a large lounge area and dining area to seat 9. All the furniture is lovely and the house is decorated beautifully throughout. The bathroom is also of a high standard with a lovely large shower. The pool area is beautiful and we found the pool warm enough to swim in every day even though there was the odd cloudy day. There are 2 lovely quality sun beds and lots of outdoor seating for relaxing or also eating. The property is surrounded by vines and it is wonderfully peaceful. There is a small bbq which was perfect for us 3. Everywhere is immaculately clean! We had the best holiday here and would absolutely return and highly recommend.
