Eu vim ontem para passar o meu aniversário e o hotel não é nada do que está na imagem. Recepção de hospedaria. Sem qualquer exagero!
Hotel de 5 estrelas sem concierge! Como é possível?!
O pequeno almoço, senti-me literalmente num quartel! Péssimo! Nada de 5 estrelas aqui!
O nosso quarto não havia papel higiénico! Ligamos para a recepção a pedir e ninguém apareceu com o papel.
Não recomendo!!!

I traveled with my partner and had an amazing stay. The staff was quick to respond to all the requests, rooms were clean and super comfy, waiters very kind, food was excellent. We’re planning to bring our 5 year old daughter in the next weeks.
