About this house rental
Well located cottage only approx. 400 m from the North Sea and approx. 500 meters from Ferring lake. The cottage is one of the old buildings in Ferring, it is a manor house from 1896. In the summer of 2021 it was renovated with respect for the original house. The cottage appears original with small spaces and inviting with many details. There is a combined dining room and kitchen. The living room has cozy furniture, sofa bed with two beds, flat screen TV with German channels and free, Danish channels and free internet. The kitchen has i.a. stove with ceramic hobs, microwave and refrigerator with freezer. The house has two bedrooms, of which 1 room with & # 190; bed and 1 chamber with a sofa bed for 1 person. In addition, there is a small chamber where one can retire and read a good book. Small bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The house is heated with oil burner. Open terrace with good garden furniture and the landscaped garden is surrounded by rose bushes and thus you are private. The cottage is secluded. Not for rent to youth or artisan groups. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
