The Nippino Villa is located in Nokomis, Florida.
It is a one bedroom one bath fully furnished apartment. The kitchen has newer flat top stove and granite countertops.
We upgraded the flat screen television to a Roku flat screen with lots of apps..
The bed is a queen size with a pillow topper
sleeps very comfortable.
Screened in front porch with ceiling fan for relaxing and enjoying the summer florida air.
Brand new shower 2025.

This rental was in a good location for myself. I believe it would be a good location for most people. The unit is in an older residence with 4 total units. the unit was very clean but old. Window units for a/c and bedroom unit was noisy. Has a coffee pot in kitchen but no outlet to plug in to, had to move to "dining area". Tub was very slippery and concerning when showering, no hand towels or paper towels in kitchen. Smoke detector not in a good location. It is in a quiet neighborhood with good parking. The screened in porch was nice.
