About this villa rental
Our Villa is almost 1200 sq ft, this 2 bed, 2 bath is open, bright, and airy with a lot of space. We have an assigned carport right outside our villa. Fully furnished, with living room, dining room, and balcony overlooking green space. The villa has a large master bedroom with a King bed and private bath. The second bedroom has a King with a large closet.

Our trip to Venice was one of the best. The condo was in the location where my wife had always wanted to stay. She was able to utilize the pool and joined a group doing water aerobics. I was able to bike the legacy bike trail almost every day. We saw sunsets almost every day and meet some folks who were local. Shopping was good downtown Venice. We also had a list of restaurants that we wanted to try. Lots of good places in Venice. Thanks for letting us use your condo.

The condo was exactly as described. It was very spacious and had everything we needed. The community was very friendly and there were so many activities to choose from. The location was perfect, the beaches, downtown Venice and any kind of store you need is right around the corner.

This is the second time to stay at this property. My wife has always wanted to stay at Bird Bay so we gave it a try last year and enjoyed it so much we opted to go back again this year. This year my wife enjoyed going to the pool in the morning for water aerobics. We also did some pickle ball. Great location. We hope to do it again next year.

The listing stated there was an elevator for the second floor but there is none which was a problem as one of us have bad knees and it was different to go up and down the stairs. Otherwise everything was good.
