Sliding glass lanai with entrance from both the Living room and master suite. Close to everything, yet very private. Large kitchen with eat-in area. Just steps to community heated pool and social scene. Across the street from 127 acre sports park , with tennis, Pickleball, basketball, soccer, croquet and 2 nature/fitness trails. High ceilings and open living concept and beautiful Lake VIEW! Also this unit provides a second porch at the entry of home with plenty of space to sit outside that is all screened. The spacious master bedroom suite has it's own private bathroom & large walk-in closet. The slider off the master bedroom leads onto the screened lanai over looking the lake. Very nice - and comfortable - condo. Perfect location - near many of the things we wanted. Great pool, storage, amenities, and just what we wanted for a month-long stay. Highly recommended!

The condo complex is very quiet, residents are friendly, nice pool. Connie is a excellent host and very accommodating. Close to beaches and restaurants, The place itself is in dire need of upgrading, floors, bathrooms, kitchen, furniture needs attention.
