This completely renovated costal 3 bedroom 2 bathroom 1159 sqft home is centrally located for all your needs! 18 minutes from siesta key, 5 minute drive to nokomis beach, 10 mins to Casey Key. A quick walk to the legacy trail (2 bicycle will be provided) and nearby Laurel Park, easy access to the highway and main roads, lots of restaurants, shopping plazas under a mile away. We know you’ll absolutely enjoy your stay with us!

We completely enjoyed our stay in Nokomis, this house has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The location is excellent for a short drive or an affordable uber ride to local beaches, restaurants and shopping. I would highly recommend it.
