Gilbert Oasis on a Golf Course

We came down for a Football 7v7 tournament from Utah and the house, location, and cleanliness were outstanding. I would highly recommend for anyone staying in the Gilbert, Phoenix area.

Property was great and had space for eight of us to spread out. The one and only thing I could say negatively is that the pillows were not the best.

We had a wonderful stay at the Gilbert Oasis. Nice and spacious place for 2 families to stay, even could have made room for another family if need be. So nice that had many kitchen supplies needed and even some toys for the kids. Just wish there was an option to heat the pool. It was a bit chilly to use and the kids were looking forward to swimming but good thing the Gilbert area has plenty to do around here! Would definitely recommend a stay here with family or group of friends.

House was very clean, well stocked kitchen with nice appliances. After rationing towels that were left on the couch to be folded, we found a dryerfull as we were leaving. There is no door on the master bathroom and the room sleeps 4, very uncomfortable even if you are all family members. The house is really a tri-level with 3 steps to enter and also down to the family room without any railings. We had a mobility compromised person and this was a big issue. There are only 2 lounge chairs for a house that sleeps 10 people. The other chairs were covered with a layer of dirt from the golf course. We cleaned all cushions, chairs and tables on arrival. Dry mud covered most of the pool deck and there was no hose available to hose it off. The PM brought one over but the faucet is rigged to not fit a conventional hose. It was 93 and the back yard has no shade except in the morning under the overhang.. There are no umbrellas available even though the welcome book says to be sure and close them after use. There are holes for them on the pool deck We ate most meals outside and a grill would have been really nice. The golf balls are serious when they hit the house or neighbors. I have actually never stayed in a VRBO where I haven't had contact with the owner. We still had a great time with family and enjoyed our visit.
