This family friendly neighborhood has several shaded parks, hiking trails, shopping centers, restaurants & more within walking distance from the house. The Large backyard has a sparkling pool, luxurious spa, propane grill, outdoor lounge furniture, patio seating, additional dining table, pool floats/toys, and yard games. Both adult size & kid floats available. Enjoy the amazing weather, beautiful area & peace of living in a quiet environment. Perfect for those who are looking for a getaway experience.
This fully furnished home has 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and a large luxurious soaking bathtub in the master bathroom.
The sliding back door has a closing door system & Child safety latch to provide security for families with small children. The clean supplies are in a safe child proof cupboard space. High chair, Baby bathtub & Child safety Gates are available for guest use; please send a request to the property manager prior to arrival if you need these items.
All equipped with home appliances, Keurig, coffee pod holders, toaster, rice cooker, slow cookers, blender, island bar supplies, large kitchen pantry, cookware, dishes, extra linens, iron and ironing boards, soap, dishwasher pods, trash bags, cleaning supplies, paper towels, kitchen cooking essentials, fire extinguisher, etc..
An attractive and affordable option for large groups, families & couples. Occupancy limit is 10 guests. Additional guests are welcome however there is an added fee.
The full size POOL TABLE is on the first floor.
Board games, books, coloring books, & kid toys are available for all ages.
Property WiFi & HULU Live are available for guest use on all TVs throughout the house.
Pet friendly home with a chemical free enclosed backyard. A non refundable Pet fee is required.
All check-in / check-out details, property information, etc will be emailed to you directly.
All children & pets must be monitored around the water & in the backyard for safety due to the pool & spa. Guests must use the pool & spa at their own risk. Home owners & manager are not liable for injuries.

This property, home and amenities are absolutely perfect! Trish was the best to work with, very professional, friendly and treated us like family, not just guests. We are already planning our next vacation stay here!

We are looking forward to coming back for a future stay. This property was by far the nicest we have stayed in. We were so happy with our choice. The property manager is great to work with; quick to response, very helpful and professional. The home is beautiful and the furniture was very. Quiet and friendly neighborhood with the community park within walking distance. Several grocery stores near by with quick access to the freeway which is awesome!
The house was exceptionally clean and extremely well stocked! The kitchen was amazing and we enjoyed cooking together.
Perfect for large groups, families with kids and or a couples retreat. The Safety features were excellent since we have younger kids. Check in was super easy and secure. Perfect vacation stay for my family!
