About this apartment rental
This apartment is located on the 4th floor of a building with 2 lifts quite near the supermarkets (100 meters), coffee shops and restaurants (300 meters) or kinder park (150 meters) and most important, the beach at 300 meters.
On entering the house is facing a small entrance hall which gives access to other rooms in the house.
The living room is spacious and holds a natural light with friendly decor features a sofa-bed with chaise longue, a table with 4 chairs ideal to diner among family or friends, TV, air conditioning and wi-fi. The living room also has access to a balcony with barbecue and outdoor furnite where you can have relax. At the side of the living room is the kitchen; organized practical and functional is equipped with all the necessary equipment to prepare your meals with the added convenience from oven, electric hob, microwave, coffee machine and basic utensils such as cups, cutlery.
The apartment consists of one bedroom with double bed (king size) two bedside tables and a wardrobe.
The house has a full bathroom with shower cubicle.
When holidaying in this apartment you can enjoy swimming pool that is located in the condominium where you can access between June 1st and 30th October. Access is available for 4 people (if 2 or 3 are less than 12 yeard old) or 3 people (if all adults).
The apartment also has parking place.
Check in is between 16h and 19h on saturdays (between june and september)

Beautiful property in a very quiet part of town. 5 minute walk to the beach. 2 minute walk to multiple grocery stores and restaurants. Wonderful balcony. The perfect apartment for a great vacation.

Exactly as pictures showed. Nice apartment equipped with all basic needs. Good size terrace although view is of another bldg.

My husband and I had a great 19 day stay at this lovely apartment. We were very pleased with the quality of the fixtures, appliances, storage space, access and safety of the apartment and the building.
We weren't able to use the pool as it doesn't open until June 1. The walk to the beach is downhill all the way and, therefore, uphill on the return, but the drive is quick. Great grocery store is very close, and all the amenities, shopping, restaurants are within a 10 minute radius - a very convenient spot. The building is in a residential area, therefore the view from the balcony is mostly of other buildings. Great black out blinds and very quiet which made for excellent sleeping. We highly recommend this apartment and the town of Armacao de Pera.
