About this apartment rental
This apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the building served by two lifts, about 50 meters from Avenida Beira Mar.
When you come in into the apartment you will find a simple decoration whose theme is the red color. The room is large and dominates the natural light is made up of a sofa bed that sleeps two people, a mobile TV with satellite and a table with four chairs. At the back of the room is the balcony access door with a table and two chairs to invite you to enjoy a good wine to the setting of the sun or simply to contemplate the sea.
Next to the room is the kitchenette, renovated and organized in a simple way is equipped with all utensils essentials equipment to prepare meals on vacation from oven and electric hob, fridge, microwave, electric kettle, washing machine, glasses, cutlery , pans and the like.
The room consists of two single beds, a bedside table and a wardrobe and has access to a small balcony.
The red also has a full bathroom with tub.
If you spend holidays in this apartment can also enjoy the pool (between June and September) which is located in a complex about 100 meters from the apartment and that you can access through the presentation of cards provided by us. The access is available for two adults and children under 10 are admitted free.
Have you considered also give an holidays to your car? Here you can do it! Upon arriving, you can park in the garage instead of the building and back just pick it up when you are back to your home.
Check in is between 16h and 19h on saturdays (between june and september)

The property is very much as shown - roomy, well-supplied kitchen, linens more than adequate.
As I am most definitely a senior, I prefer- need?- peace & quiet from 10 or even 11 PM on.
Many- most?- nights this was not available. (Screeches of a young child, an adult screeching back... Usually this ended by midnight.
Fortunately it wasn't summer- not many people sitting outside at restaurants next door-so loud thumping music only kept me awake one night & it had ended by midnight or earlier. )
The location otherwise was excellent- easy access to beaches (Great view! Constant sound of the sea! ) & supermarkets.
Basically I'd say great value for the money.
