Good place but overpriced for what it offers. You share the pool with 4 other apartments.
New building with a well kept pool. We had the penthouse, it was clean and well maintained
Overpriced. Just 1 AC for the entire 3 bedroom property. In the heat wave sleeping in the rooms was uncomfortable.

Location was a bit remote - 15/20 minute drive from Zadar. Not a lot in the local area of Bibinje. Having to pay for the property on Cash was an unnecessary hassle.

Comfortable stay close to Zadar
The apartment is basically new with swimming pool, parking place and other amenities, basically all that is needed. It is just a small drive to the city center of Zadar.

Large new and beautiful apartment
Very clean and nice. Large and beautifully done. Comfortable beds and lots of space for a long comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend. Plenty of parking. Pool is nice. Very modern.
The pool is used by the entire complex so if you’re on the ground floor, everyone is on your patio. No privacy for sitting outside. Wasn’t a problem as they were respectful to Not stay at the pool late, but could be a problem if there was a rowdy crowd. Also a laundry washing machine would be nice. It looks like there’s a place for one. Maybe they’ll add it.
