This accommodation fully met our expectations and provided a comfortable and pleasant stay. The apartment is well-equipped, including both a washing machine and a dryer, which is very convenient for longer visits. However, we were unable to find any laundry detergent or capsules upon arrival, so we purchased them ourselves and left them behind for future guests, which might be helpful. Everything else was clean, functional, and as described, contributing to an overall positive experience. The only minor downside was that the mattress was a bit too soft for our preference, so a firmer mattress or an additional mattress topper would improve comfort even further. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend this accommodation to others.

Das Apartment entspricht der Beschreibung. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet, Küche und Bad lassen nichts zu wünschen übrig. Die Lage ist klasse, nur 100 m zum Strand und sehr viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind "direkt um die Ecke".

Das Bett ist leider nur Queen-Size und somit für uns (zwei große Personen) nicht geeignet. Es gibt auch nur eine große Bettdecke. Wir haben uns auf Bett und Sofa aufgeteilt und haben Badelaken als zweite Decke benutzt.

The host was very responsive to all our requests and kindly accommodated an earlier check-in at our request. They also provided helpful recommendations, including where we could store our luggage, as it was not possible to leave it at the property. The location — very close to the beach, as well as to numerous restaurants and amenities.

The apartment we stayed in was located on the third floor. The windows overlooked a street where rubbish containers were placed, including glass recycling bins, which was particularly problematic. The air conditioning unit was quite noisy, and we had to turn it off at night as it made it difficult to sleep. As the apartment is situated just 50 metres from the beach, the surrounding area is filled with nightclubs, bars, and restaurants. As a result, it was extremely difficult to sleep, even with the windows closed. People would dispose of glass bottles in the containers late at night, including well after midnight, creating significant noise. In addition, waste collection vehicles would arrive after midnight to empty the bins, adding further disturbance. Overall, it was impossible to have a quiet and restful night’s sleep.
