החדר גדול ונוח, ענה על הציפיות
יש בעיה במקלחת (חדר 6) הטוש הקבוע מתיז לכל עבר, אין שיפועים לניקוז המים. כל התקרה במקלחת מתקלפת.

חדר ענק ומיטה וכריות נוחות מאוד. יש מטבחון פרקטי עם עמדת קפה ומיני מקרר. חדר רחצה גדול מאוורר ונוח. מזגן מקפיא. מאוד נוח שיש מינימרקט ממש מתחת לצימרים.
קליטת הוי פי בטלויזיה הייתה חלשה מעט וגרם לתוכן לפעמים להתקע. חשוב לדעת כי יש לעלות מדרגות לחדר אומנם רק קומה אחת שזה לא נורא אבל לאנשים שצריכים נגישות או שיש להם הרבה ציוד זה יכול להיות בעיה.

Мы приехали и были поражены тому, что в отеле не было ни души. Ни охранника, ни персонала, только пустые коридоры и лестница)) стали искать хозяина, после письма в приложении и второго звонка он ответил и сказал получить ключи от номера у кассира в соседнем мини-маркете. Нам все дали, но это было очень странно и необычно. Сам номер был вполне комфортным и похож на свои фото)) кровать прекрасная! Много места! Кондиционер работал! Сахар был в упаковках с портретами еврейских деятелей культуры и наук!
Очень неудобно и неприятно то, что в отеле, на первый и на второй взгляд, нет ресепшн. То, что функцию ресепшн выполняет человек на кассе в супермаркете, это неожиданно и затрудняет коммуникацию. Человек, который занят работой на кассе, не может одновременно хорошо справляться с работой на ресепшн. Это две разные работы
