מיקום מצויין, קל הגעה. חניה בשפע במפרצוני חניה ברחוב, לצד הבניין. החדר והשטח הציבורי אסטטיים ומזמינים. נקי מאוד. מקלחון אטום וניקוז מעולה. במטבח המשותף מוצרי חשמל וכלים חד"פ, לא לבישול. מרפסת גדולה ונעימה.
אינטרנט. למרות עזרת בעלת המקום לא היה ניתן להתחבר, אך לא היה משמעותי לנו. בתיאור המקום אפשר "להרים", לציין שיש מיני בר בחדר ומוצרי טואלטיקה. אמנם נראה בתמונות אך לא תמיד תמונות משקפות את המציאות...

המקום מאוד נקי, המיקום מעולה, על כביש 90 ומרחק 10 דק' מהמעיינות. נמצא מעל מכולת שפתוחה עד מאוחר. החדרים צפופים אבל עם מרפסות גדולות וחדר אמבטיה גדול. הצוות מאוד נחמד ותמיד שאל אותנו על חוסרים וסיפק הכל.
היה חסר וילון או דלת זכוכית למקלחת החיישן עשן עשה הבהובים שהפריעו להירדם
