The accommodation is yards from the promenade and beach. It has various restaurants serving a multitude of different styles of cuisine on the doorstep. One road away was a large supermarket and two doors away a 24 hour shop for convenience. The property was exceptionally clean, and well presented. It has 2 bathrooms a must in my family! The courtyard garden is surprisingly bigger than the pictures show, we spent every morning having coffee watching the local swifts circle the sky singing in the morning it was lovely. The house is very well placed and one can walk in any direction and find small coffee shops, stunning architecture, and local shops and boutiques. I would recommend visiting this property it was perfect for us. I allowed my 16 year old son to go out till late every night alone mixing with other holiday kids, and local kids allowing him to make friends, and it was very safe.

There is no air conditioning in the small bedrooms, these became very stuffy and warm. The 2 smaller bedrooms are internal with no natural light from windows, also they have very thin plasterboard walls, unfortunately I could hear snoring and the tv from the front room and the laptop use from the double bedroom, admittedly I’m a light sleeper due to my disabled son, but just to mention it. Also one of the bedrooms was locked and not available for us to use, this resulted in one of the party sleeping on the sofa bed. This was not a problem, but in the future we will be confirming that all areas of the accommodation should be able to be accessed as we needed our own rooms due to a disability in the family.

Location

Over powering smell of raw sewage from the bathroom & infestation of flies in the bathroom- probably due to the sewage problem. The mattress in the main bedroom should have been replaced years ago. Dreadful! Not enough bed clothes- we were cold in bed at night. Nice to have a kettle- we boiled water in a saucepan to make tea.
