About this apartment rental
As of July 1, 2024, we—Dennis and Annemiek—are the proud owners of this modern apartment. The complex was built in 2020 and is a 300-meter walk from the boardwalk and the beach at Playa del Cura.
Torrevieja (Playa del Cura) is a lively town where you and your family can fully enjoy a variety of amenities. You can enjoy delicious meals at the many restaurants. Enjoy the sea and the beach. For the golfers among us, there are several courses nearby. There are also plenty of water sports activities available at the marina. In short, there’s more than enough to do.
Our apartment (approx. 120 m²) has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious kitchen fully equipped with all appliances and cookware, and a cozy sitting area with a large TV. All bedrooms open onto the patio, making the rooms bright and airy. There’s a balcony where you can relax outdoors, and it can be enclosed with a glass door. The apartment also features a private parking space in the building’s basement. Please note: This space is quite narrow; a pickup truck or van will not fit. On the roof of the complex, there is a communal pool with a sunbathing area, and you can use the fitness equipment.
The apartment is suitable for couples and families, accommodating up to 6 people. We do not rent to groups of young people, bachelor/bachelorette parties, or similar events!
Bedroom 1 has a double bed; Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed. These bedrooms share a bathroom. Bedroom 3, the master bedroom, has a double bed with an en-suite bathroom. All rooms are equipped with built-in closets. Linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided and included in the rent. There is also a washing machine available for your use. Of course, free Wi-Fi is available.
