The property is located next to the quiet Kur Park, with a little river running below the window. Bad Schandau is very relaxed, but you can reach the train station very easily by boat (which are free with the guest card!). This makes most hikes very accessible.
A minor inconvenience, but the apartment we stayed in had very poor wifi coverage. It seemed the router was too far away, so we only had (very slow) internet close to the entrance. I notified our host about this, so I'm sure it will get fixed soon!
