    very good access to khem beach which is beautiful. jacob was lovely and helped us a lot, and our room was cleaned well when we requested it. there is construction right next door which starts early in the morning, but if you are an early riser this is not a massive issue. we would love to come again :)

    I was delighted to stay at La Grotta Hotel. In real life, the hotel is just as lovely as in pictures. Once entered the hotel, guests will soon appreciate its well orchestrated interior designs & welcoming atmosphere. It’s hard to deny its unique aesthetic. The hotel’s strongest attribute is its staff. Thinh, Thao & Nghia are exemplary in their service & professionalism. I did encounter some unpleasant situations prior to my arrival. Thinh was very receptive to render help accordingly. I was very grateful for Thao & Nghia for making my stays so seamless & memorable. And if/when, I shall return to Phu Quoc, La Grotta Hotel beckons me home💕

    Location wise near to the beach. but during my stay, there was construction noice from morning until evening. not comfortable at all stay in the room, went out and come back late at night
