Ocean Views

Loved the privacy and check in process. The location was awesome - sea views and close to stores. Property was exceptionally clean had everything I needed.

We liked everything except the hard bed which we were able to ask Rochelle the cleaner, for another Doona(which made 2 then ) which we placed under the sheets to try to make it a bit more comfortable. That worked for the 9 days we were there.

Dwelling smelt musty upon arrival , could do with regular airing out when not being regularly rented out.comfortable

I liked that it wasn't overpriced and had quick access to the water. Decent sized fridge and plenty of grassed area to park out the front of the apartment. Convenience store, bakery, takeaway etc super close, only a two minute walk.

Needs a big refresh and a good deep clean. Ceiling fan in bedroom didn't work and the one in the open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area was very dusty. The oven is pretty old and the stove top dials don't match up to the correct heat setting. I read the reviews before going so I took a mattress topper for the bed which definitely was needed. The spare blankets had not been washed, had fresh stains on them. Towels old and thin. There was a funky prawn type of smell in the bathroom vanity drawer. Curtains old and grimy, should definitely be replaced and ironically there were new sets in packaging in the bottom of the pantry.
