Room very good . The best room we had on our trip

Although a very old house on the outside,the unit had been done up inside and was comfortable. Of all the places we've stayed the last month, this room was the most well equipped- folk and cling wrap! And plenty of tissues, toilet paper etc. Quieter River street in town with a few shops a couple of blocks away. We didn't really step foot in the caravan park as the unit was the house next to the park.

The blind in the main bedroom make it impossible to sleep (and I'm a happy early riser). Huge amount of street light and car light coming through, throughout the night. A blind or curtains over the top would assist.

Some shops (eg pub, fish and chip shop, petrol station) nearby and town centre about 1/2 km away. Its location adjacent to the river was also pleasant. The room itself was very clean. Although bathroom space was limited I found the shower cubicle was a reasonable size. On the other hand the toilet and hand basin were cluttered into the remaining space and there was nowhere to put any toiletries. Hot water was plentiful. Room amenities were good (microwave, jug, toaster, tea/coffee).

Room very, very small - not really suitable for two people, especially an older couple. The queen bed was comfortable, but only one side of the bed was accessible and therefore getting into and out of the bed often required one person to climb over the other. Each caravan has 2 accommodations (one at the front and one at the back) with a single wall separating them, and often noise could be heard from the other room. In addition, heavy movement in the adjoining resulted in our room also shaking. Wifi reception was non existent in the room.
