非常宽敞，干净，离jr很近，很方便。设施都很新，员工很好，对应很及时。

Second time I have stayed at the property, this was a different room but the layouts are equivalent (mirrored in this case). The location is so convenient - walking distance to Osaka Castle park, and Morinomiya station for the JR loop line and two major subway lines. Set back from the main roads, the balconies face south to catch the sun - great for drying clothes after using the washing machine provided - and miss the worst of the expressway noise (though some loud vehicles like antisocial bikes will still come through, no helping that really). Twin beds with handy plugs for all the charging you need when on holiday. Kitchen facilities, but I did not use them. Plenty of vending machines around, and multiple convenience stores on the walk to the station, as well as a supermarket.

Not sure if the balcony door/window is double glazed, it seemed like more sound dampening there could be nice, but it was still fine (I'm just a light sleeper).

The new appliances and that it had options for cooking like a stove top, and the keypad entry to the building for safety and privacy. Service for property is very polite and accommodating.

The location is situated not far from a train line and heavy traffic so you hear loud bikes and trucks constantly. If you like your sleep I don’t recommend it. Didn’t sleep well the whole month I was there and had to take naps in between in the day to keep myself sane. Also the wood floors are creaky so it means the flooring is thin this is another issue. I stayed on the 7th floor. Last but not least the thin walls you could literally feel like the traffic was in your apartment. Bed was too hard for my back. Wouldn’t stay again. Not my style I prefer more luxurious places for the value.
