Hot tub, balcony's, roof terrace.
WiFi signal not great, some sort of bugs, large or wood louse dust all over roof terrace bedroom bed side table and on the headboard, bed, mattress and pillows

The bottom door is a bit of a fire hazard in an emergency as you need a key to unlock it, but I guess it’s required for security purposes

Good position in Puerto del Carmen, good bed
No internet during the full week despite my need to work, horrible smells from bathroom in the first floor and the apartment in the 2nd floor due to the pipes in the bathrooms, same with the water of the jacuzzi. People came to clean the Jacuzzi but it was still bad. With all these issues the company has refused all request for compensation whereas I paid a high rent for something that has not been properly delivered. First time ever for me despite the high number of times I rent a property through Booking. This property is too much expensive for the quality of my stay and the lack of connection. I do not understand how it is possible for such price that not only the agency does not use a check list to check internet and these smells before any new entry but also no welcome with just a key in a locker as the agency is not in Lanzarote…but on another Island. In my opinion make sure that this flat had been used before you to avoid such smell and impose conditions for your stay as the agency has not been commercial at all to give a compensation for the different issues
