You are talking about Downtown with a small view of Burj Khalifa (still a great view and you can see the whole building when you are at the swimming pool) and a lot of views of the Fountain. In the night the view was exceptional. We had room 2807 and The windows of the rooms and the living room were huge, so you could enjoy everything. The entrance to the Dubai Mall Chinatown was a 15-minute walk. We enjoyed it for 2 weeks and it is highly recommended. Bellavista will not bother you with phone calls or messages during your stay.

The internet connection needs to be better, especially when you come with a group where most people don't have mobile data. The toilet water hoses and shower head need to be replaced. The sofa, some sideboards, dressing room cabinets and mattresses also needs to be replaced. The dining table is of glass and can always break. When you have children with you, it is always difficult to keep an eye on them. It is such a beautiful and luxurious apartment that it is a shame that some items are outdated. This what we didn't like is not meant negatively at all, but as advice.
