La posizione è molto centrale, comodissima ai mezzi pubblici anche per l'aeroporto. L'alloggio situato a piano terreno si affaccia sul cortile e non si sentono i rumori ed odori provenire dai numerosi locali che si trovano in strada. L'alloggio ha tutto ciò che serve per un breve soggiorno in due persone.
I condizionatori di alcuni appartamenti scaricano la condensa "nel vuoto", quindi se si tiene la porta aperta si sente costantemente il gocciolare su tettoie o altro. Chiaramente non è colpa del proprietario, ma potrebbe avvisare l'amministrazione dello stabile. Abbiamo dovuto dormire con la porta chiusa ed il condizionatore acceso a nostra volta (ma non è nostra abitudine). Il letto è queen size, abbastanza stretto.
