This was an incredible stay from start to finish! The communication with the team was simply wonderful, and they were extremely kind and accommodating with an early check-in. The apartment is spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The views are breathtaking, the balcony is an absolute highlight for relaxing, and the pool area is just wonderful.

The apartment is very spacious, with two bedrooms, each featuring a double bed. It also features two bathrooms, which come in handy with a larger number of occupants. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary items for cooking. It has a dishwasher and also a washing and drying machine. The main living and dining rooms are also nice. Both bedrooms and the main area have their own air conditioning unit. The 7th floor is high enough to surpass the buildings in front and unlock the sea and cliff view. Unfortunately, the size is limited, and there is only a small table with two chairs available. Potentially, you can squeeze in a third and fourth person. Parking is secured in the garage. There is also a community pool available, but we didn't use it. You need around 15 minutes on foot to get to Formosa beach - or just a few minutes by car. But you should arrive early enough to secure your parking space. Check-in and check-out went smoothly, so everything was as expected.

The only downside was a strange periodic noise coming from the ceiling just in front of one of the bedrooms. This was most obvious at night, and it sounded like a small pump turning on and off.
