An oasis of calm. The cottage is well equipped with everything you should need for your stay, the bed is extremely comfortable. The hosts Mike and Louise are very hospitable and happy to provide ideas for things to do and see. If eating out the San Tonino is worth a visit and also the Mitre Inn. A welcome pack was a lovely and thoughtful treat on arrival.

The location was perfect. Off street parking. Easy walk into Shaftesbury. Patio with outdoor set to sit outside and enjoy the garden.

Good Location Good Parking Lovely spacious cottage Great wood burner and very comfortable cottage Very kind to leave breakfast items Very clean cottage
Too much traffic noise from 4.30am till 9.30am (not the fault of the owners just a busy road) Shower cubicle too small and hot/cold water mix not great, water pressure low Strong pungent smell of an old cottage (just how it is) Too many bins for waste materials
