Urusel Hostel

Paikka oli viihtyisä ja rauhallinen. Juuri sopiva lapsi perheille. Majoituksessa oli suojaisa piha-alue, jonne voi huoletta jättää lapset ulos leikkimään. Pihalla löytyy ulkoleluja lapsille. Omistaja oli tosi ystävällinen ja auttoi meitä kaikessa.

Tiedettiin, että huoneistolla on jaettu kylpyhuone, mutta emme ajatelleet viereinen huoneisto "pääsisi" yhtä aikaa meidän kanssa suihkuun.

Location seems fine if you are by car, but there were also bus stops not far away. Quiet neighborhood. For this room (twin) there is possibility to park your car 1m from the entrance of the room (we did) and carrying stuff is easier. For this room there it is possible to cook in your room, because there is kitchenette and sink.

It is easier to write what we did not like: 1) It was not clearly understandable from the booking info, that this room comes with shared wc and shared shower. AND this sharing means that two rooms are tied together with a tiny (0,5m wide corridor) - in one end of it there is wc, and in the other - shower cabin. Just cabin, no doors, no nothing. So basically if you undress to go to the shower, anyone from the other room can come inside the corridor where you undress. Those two rooms should be lent out only together - for a family or very close friends, not for complete strangers. 2) Mirror is only one - in that small corridor; 3) Lights in particularly this one room - the can be switched only in that small corridor - on the opposite wall. So basically if you dont warn your opposite room neighbors they might accidentally switch on and off light in your room. And there are only ceiling lights in the room. 4) Doors - door of the room is too short and holding on only on the lock. So whenever somebody in the whole house opens any door, closes it, whatever, the door moves and makes sound that can wake up anyone in the room. For the second night we found a solution - used the old towel meant for the feet at the shower cabin, to squeeze it under the door, so at least it did not move with any smallest air drought in the house. 5) Ventilation. The room is very small - it is basically kitchen with two beds inside it - we were lucky that it was summer time. so in daytime we opened the window completely to have enough air for us two. In the nighttime it was enough with the top of the window opened for the air to be ok. In winter time I have no idea how you can breathe there the whole night. 6) Kitchenette - there were lots of large plates, mugs and small spoons, but almost everything else was missing. We took the larger spoons, forks, kettle lid, bowls (hardly found only two) from the larger kitchen to our room to be able to eat and cook anything.
