We had a very spacious 2 bedroom apartment with good sized balcony

The kitchen could do with an upgrade. The Tv remote control was damaged

The apartment was very big with nice furniture, a beautiful master bedroom, a smaller bedroom, living-room and nice balcony from which you could see the pool and where we enjoyed our meals. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was very nice. Josephine was reachable and answered our questions in advance. She welcomed us in person although we arrived late and checked on us regularly.

Unfortunately the safe in one of the rooms didn’t work, but we could use the one in the second room, so it was fine. The door to the balcony was very hard to open and close and not stable. We were told that it was cleaned everyday, but although we left the door and rooms open like we were told, the cleaning ladies didn’t clean on that day. Theoretically other guests could enter through this door.

The property is in a great location, and the night security guard was friendly, helpful, and made us feel safe.

We were very disappointed by how we were treated after checking in. The staff were friendly before payment, but once payment was completed, the level of service declined. On Sunday morning, staff knocked very loudly on our door as if there was an emergency, waking us up early because they wanted to clean and carry out repairs before our checkout time. A man entered the apartment while the three of us were inside(3girls) and not fully dressed, which made us feel very uncomfortable. A cleaner also started cleaning before our official checkout time. To make matters worse, the water was switched off that morning, so we couldn't shower properly before leaving. It felt like they were more concerned with preparing the apartment for the next guests than respecting the privacy and comfort of the current guests. They did all that just because they got white customers and we were black
