Super Awesome accomodation and the host.. Tobias and the team.. Oh wow.. Exceptional.. Fantastic.. From the moment you arrive at the airport.. Wa tamu indeed!!

We liked that the photos online were a replica of what we got. We liked the room space. We also liked the peace and quiet. The fruits during breakfast were delicious!

We did not like the hosts communication. We requested for things multiple times and he took some time to respond. The wi-fi connection is drastic like quiet unstable and unreliable. Their breakfast is very basis for a bnb = tea, bread and fruits. The swimming pool is very tiny (warning). The room was only cleaned once when we had to request unlike other places we have stayed where rooms are cleaned daily. The host sent us payment details out of booking.com and we complied but when we raised an issue about checking out a day earlier than we anticipated he gave ua difficult time. He lied that they had bought food for the number of days for our stay but the truth was the staff would ask us on a daily if we needed anything so they would shop for it. He also wanted us to pay extra money after we checked out and a day we were not staying at Lilo cottages which we found very unreasonable. We were also offended and felt discriminated that he stated Kenyans RSVP and never show up and maybe he should put a disclaimer to not have Kenyan guests on booking.com.
