Cozy, good furniture. Everything you need hygiene and to cook is there (and more). Hosts very reachable via phone and understanding.

Little bit cold at first for the winter but enough ways to heat up the appartement, you just have to warm up when you come inside

I had a great comfortable stay in the apartment in November. There was a lot of things which you can possibly need (like slippers, umbrella, beach towels, shampoo etc.) and I was welcomed by lovely refreshments. Bed is super soft and you can wash your clothes. Nika is a very caring and helpful host 💝 I also liked the location, there is a supermarket, cafes and bakery right behind the corner and you can explore Dubrovník by foot. I enjoyed Lapad and the peninsula very much. Thank you so much for having me 🧡

Superb accommodation

Everything about the apartment exceeded our expectations. Spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped,it was a real home from home. The welcome pack of drinks and snacks was a lovely surprise and made us feel like valued guests. I'm a very light sleeper so I was delighted that the apartment was so very peaceful and quiet. It was a really easy walk to the Old City, or you can catch one of the regular buses. Also in the immediate vicinity there were numerous shops, bars and cafes as well as a pretty harbour.

The host takes care for every detail. She was all the time connected to make sure we arrived ok to the place with directions. The apartment is clean, and had all the utilities required and more. She had the kitchen full of fruits, things for breakfast and beverages. We felt taking care of.

Perfect Accommodation

The apartment was clean and had many essentials that may be needed for a stay, including a well equipped kitchen, bathroom essentials, beach equipment, and a very appreciated welcome food & drink package.. The apartment is well situated between Lapad and the old town, with each being between 20-25 minutes walk. There is also a good bus service and grocery stores nearby.

Our only issue and this is a personal preference is that there was a small chest of drawers to accommodate more of our flat clothing.

A quaint place to put up your feet after a day of adventure.

The location is perfect. Just far enough from the bustle of old town but close enough to take a quick bus. It is also near to the ferry to get to beautiful islands like Lopud for only 5 euro!

Magical Moments in the Pearl of the Adriatic

We arrived in Dubrovnik on November 23, 2024. We landed at 11:35 AM, so there were still a few hours until check-in time. The owner was very kind and informed us that the apartment was ready, allowing us to check in early. Upon arrival, we were amazed. The apartment is equipped with everything one could need, and on top of that, there were surprises waiting for us, such as food, drinks, toiletries, and many other items we’ve never encountered in any other accommodation worldwide. The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom, a hallway, and a terrace. The location is phenomenal, as there are bus stops nearby served by LIBERTAS public transportation. These buses take you to various parts of Dubrovnik, including the Old Town. We opted for a three-day DUBROVNIK PASS, which cost us €25. This pass included entry to various museums and the Old Town walls, as well as unlimited use of city buses. We highly recommend this option since a one-hour bus ticket costs €1.73, and admission to the walls is €15 off-season. The bed in the apartment is very comfortable, but it’s worth noting that it is soft (depending on your spinal health, you’ll need to decide if this type of bed suits you). We found it extremely comfortable. The apartment is equipped with a lot of appliances, including: stove refrigerator microwave kettle washing machine hairdryer TV air conditioning iron and ironing board ...and many other useful items such as umbrellas, slippers, and loungers. We rate the cleanliness of the apartment as exceptional, and communication with the owner was fantastic. We highly recommend this place, and we would happily return to spend more unforgettable moments in Dubrovnik.

Fantastic spacious modern apartment. Owners were so helpful - leaving us some goodies to be getting on with and responding very quickly.. Location is great - close to main ferry port and half hour walk to old town - shop on doorstep and plenty of restaurants near by. Great outside area

Loved our stay! Would highly recommend.

It had everything you needed! Bed was very comfortable, apartment quiet. We made our own breakfast in the morning. Eggs with fresh croissants. Lots of great supplies provided. Coffee, salt and pepper, milk, fresh fruit. Convenient store and bakery next door. Walking distance to buses and port. We used public transportation to Old Town for approx $1.75 euros and to Cavtat which was beautiful for $4euros. Our hosts were always available to answer questions as needed. Would highly recommend PaFi Apartments.

Perfect !

Everything was perfect, the host was super nice and the flat clean, there is everything you need in the kitchen ! It was rainy when we stayed there but the terrasse is big and should be amazing to use in the summer :) Only 20 mins by foot from the bus station.

An excellent find with excellent hosts

A beautiful apartment in a fantastic location. It is a great size with plenty of outside seating. Large kitchen with everything needed. (UK tourists possibly want a toaster but there is a full size oven). Absolutely spotless & clean. The bed is so comfortable. Nice added extras, like milk/beer and fruit. The hosts have gone out of their way to make things great. Would stay again

The apartment was very clean and well prepared! I had some treats left by hosts which was very nice :-) Procedure about the keys was very well explained and I received pictures even. Bus station is very close, shops, bars, restaurants & bakery as well. Hosts were very approachable and were even checking in the middle of the trip if I need something additionally.. To conclude: Nika & Ivan - you are the best!!

A very comfortable apartment centrally located.

A very nice place apartment close to the harbour. Several market's and bakery's within a short walking distance. Entrance to the building a little off from the main street and at night a little poorly lit. Bus stops of several lines very close by. Also larger shopping centres and super markets within a walking distance. Comfortable bed, large open plan familyroom/kitchen. 1st floor apartment, but within a closed coutryard so very private.

The shower closet was a little tight for a tall person. A little way off from the nearest swimmable beach, but central to several.

Maravilloso

El apartamento estaba perfecto al llegar, con todo lo necesario para estar cómodo. La cocina tiene todos los utensilios necesarios y no hemos echado nada de menos. Está en una buena ubicación, fuera del centro pero caminando a 25 minutos del centro. Los autobuses están a 100 metros. Hay muchos servicios cerca que hacen la estancia agradable, panadería, supermercado, restaurantes… Los anfitriones son muy serviciales y la comunicación ha sido perfecta en todo momento. ¡Muchas gracias por todo!

El apartamento tiene aire acondicionado y calefacción pero está en el pasillo, y la habitación se queda un poco fría, pero por lo demás perfecto. Tambien tiene una pequeña estufa portátil que hemos utilizado ya que han sido días lluviosos y más fríos.

Super lokacija. Apartman nije na brdu te nema penjanja ili tegljenja prtljage po stepenicama. Lako ga je pronaći. Svi sadržaji i trgovine su u blizini - možete prošetati, a i autobusna stanica je tri minute od apartmana. Do stare gradske jezgre možete autobusom ili pješice 20-30 minuta šetnje. Apartman je prostran, udoban i čist te ima sve potrebne sadržaje. Čak i stvari kao što su kišobrani, papuče, sredstva za higijenu, sol, šečer, ulje, čajevi, kava i sl. Lokacija je mirna, tiho je i možete se fino naspavati. Vlasnica je ljubazna i pristupačna ukoliko imate bilo kakva pitanja. Dočeka vas zdjela s voćem i još pokojom stvari u frižideru. Što pogotovo super dođe, ako stignete kasno navečer. 😀 I bitna stvar za one koji dolaze po zimi (mi smo bili u veljači). Neće vam biti hladno jer se može grijati na klimu, a ima i grijalice koje se mogu rasporediti po potrebi po prostorijama. Za svaku preporuku.

Labi apartamenti no kuriem ērti var nokļūt ar sabiedrisko transportu visur.

Atrašanās vieta bija ideāla. Netālu atradās autobusa pietura, ar ko varēja nokļūt uz Oldtown, airport Shuttle bus. Tā kā devāmies izbraucienā ar kuģi no go adventures aplikācijas, mūsu iekāpšanas vieta bija ļoti tuvu. Patika, ka apartamenti bija klusā vietā, nebija citu cilvēku apkārt. Bija arī atstāta informācija par apskates vietām, ko varētu apskatīt Dubrovnikos.
