Gut ausgestattet Ferienwohnung als guter Ausgangspunkt für die Valle D‘Aosta
In der direkten Nachbarschaft (Gebäude z.T. 17./18 Jhd) gibt es verschiedene Ferienwohnungen die von der gleichen Besitzerin betreut werden. Wir waren in der „kleinsten“ Wohnung, einer zweistöckigen Wohnung mit Schlafzimmer und Bad/WC im DG mit Schrägen (Sehr große Menschen müssen Kopf einziehen). Die gesamte Wohnung super sauber und ordentlich gewesen. Außerdem handelt es sich um eine sehr ruhige Wohngegend ohne touristische Infrastruktur, d.h. es gibt keine Restaurants oder auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der direkten Nähe. Trotzdem top wenn man ein Auto zur Verfügung hat.
Insgesamt komfortabel eingerichtete Küche, Induktionsherd, Mikrowelle mit Grillfunktion, Spülmaschine, großer Kühlschrank und für 2 Personen genügend Besteck und Kochutensilien. Das Bad ist auch recht neu und komfortabel mit kleinerer Dusche und Waschmaschine. Das Schlafzimmer hatte ein bequemes französisches Bett, aber Dachschräge auf der Schrankseite mit einigermaßen Stauraum. Im Wohn-/Essbereich befindet sich eine Mini Couch, ein Tisch mit 4 Stühlen und ein WebTV. Für längere Aufenthalte im Wohnbereich für uns eher unbequem zum lange & gemütlichen Sitzen. Es handelt sich um ein traditionell umgebautes, ehemaliges bäuerliches Gebäude, daher keine großen Fenster. Im EG ist es damit auch eher dunkler.
Insgesamt verkehrsgünstig gute Lage zur Erkundung der Valle D’Aosta, recht nah zu Aosta aber auch in die Täler hoch zum Wandern machbar (max. 1h Fahrtzeit zum Start unserer Wanderungen). Unproblematisch ist auch das Parken direkt am Gebäude (man sollte seinen PKW gut rangieren können), ansonsten gibt es auch einen Parkplatz direkt oben an der Straße (1min).
Wir hatten einen schönen zehntägigen Aufenthalt. Ein großer Dank geht an Signora Enrica der Eigentümerin, die super freundlich ist und immer hilfsbereit mit Einkaufs-/Besichtigungstipps zur Seite steht. Sie spricht auch sehr gut Englisch. la gentilezza e la disponibilità di Enrica che ci ha accolto fin da subito come amici di vecchia data,la posizione comoda a pochi km dai servizi,da Aosta e dall’ingresso autostradale,la presenza in casa di lavatrice e lavastoviglie,lo splendido panorama dei dintorni.
sarebbe stato auspicabile trovare una moderna macchinetta del caffè anziché la classica moka e ad un televisore moderno per accedere ai classici canali.

Tranquillità e comfort per una vacanza molto piacevole
Appartamento molto confortevole, silenzioso, arredato con cura e con tutte le comodità, in posizione strategica per visitare la meravigliosa Valle d'Aosta. Ottima l'accoglienza della signora Enrica, siamo stati molto bene.
Il paese di S. Marcel è molto residenziale e non offre molti servizi, ma in 3 minuti di macchina si risolve, quindi a noi è andata bene così.

Appartamento davvero molto pulito e curato in ogni dettaglio.La signora Erica è molto gentile e attenta. Ci ha fatto trovare la casa caldissima, scaldata con la caldaia a pellet 🧡
Si trova a 10 minuti da Aosta, facilmente raggiungibile in Auto.

Super logement à quelques minutes d Aoste.
Logement très bien aménagé et extrêmement propre. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Situé à quelques km d Aoste seulement.
Seul point négatif, la douche qui est trop petite.
