Rustic stone renovated in 2000 with good acoustic and thermal insulation, large kitchen-dining room: 5-burner stove, fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishes, glasses, crockery, sofa, satellite TV. Bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Room with two single beds, and bedroom with double bed and a bunk bed.
On request you can have a baby bed and high chair .Balcone, "with compass only in winter", Large green area available with deckchair, umbrella and table.
There is a washing machine and on request.

A little slice of heaven

Mauro’s place in Renvers was simply amazing. So beautiful. So peaceful. The pictures do not do it justice. The apartment is so well cared for and spotlessly clean with modern appliances. Everything was perfect and we learned everything in wood is made by Mauro himself, who is a lovely man. Minutes from a wide choice of walking paths in the stunning Aosta countryside. We hope to visit again in the winter. Thank you Mauro for favourite stay of our roadtrip.

Appartamento pulitissimo, molto spazioso e confortevole, adatto anche a chi , come noi, ha bimbi piccoli. Ottimo anche lo spazio esterno con il prato curatissimo dal proprietario, persona disponibile, gentile e discreta, ma sempre disponibile all'evenienza! La notte si dorme in un magico silenzio, di giorno si possono fare numerose passeggiate nella zona.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. Pour les amoureux de la nature et des randonnées, le site est merveilleux. Le gîte était conforme à nos attentes. Es ist eine super Gegend mit tollen Wanderwegen! Die Leute dort sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Der Vermieter ist klasse! Ebenso die ganze Wohnung. Hier könnte man für den Preis deutlich weniger erwarten. In der Gegend wir meist französisch oder italienisch gesprochen. Deutsch und Englisch sind wenig vertreten. Dennoch kann man sich gut verständigen. Wir waren wunschlos Glücklich und würden es jederzeit weiterempfehlen! Grüße

Normalmente le piccole attenzioni della proprietà rendono piacevole il soggiorno. Nel nostro caso le grandi attenzioni che ci sono state riservate hanno reso meravigliosa, per quanto breve, la nostra permanenza. Il contorno è incantevole, la cordialità delle persone non si dimentica. Per noi è stata la prima volta in Valgrisenche e non sarà sicuramente l'ultima.

Très belles randos sur sentiers simples. Location fonctionnelle et agréable. Seul bemol pas de machine à laver, mais ça va venir. En attendant notre lessive a été assurée par le propriétaire; Mauro. Mauro est de bon conseil pour les sentiers et les restaurants. Chiens acceptés sans problème même au parc naturel gran paradisio. Nous reviendrons sûrement.

gite situé dans un joli village et proche des randonnées, nous avons passé de bonnes vacances, très jolis ballades dans ce coin du Val d'Aoste, et en faisant un peu de voiture on a découvert d'autres vallées comme Cogne, et aussi le coin de Courmayeur avec son joli village touristique. nous étions avec nos enfants dont le dernier à un an, le gite est assez dangereux avec de petits enfants car le jardin n'est pas clos et situé tout près d'un ravin avec au fond une rivière, donc ce n'est pas possible de laisser jouer les enfants dehors sans surveillance, sinon c'est très joli et bien entretenu , le gite est tout simple pas de lave linge et de lave vaisselle mais très propre, notre hôte Mauro est très disponible, merci encore!

Al met al een prima verblijf gehad, wij waren er maar twee nachten en dat is eigenlijk te kort voor de omgeving. Het is een ruime woning met goede bedden en goede basis voorzieningen. De omgeving is fantastisch de bewoners van het "dorpje" en de eigenaar zijn zeer vriendelijk en je hebt een fantastisch grasveld om op te spelen met je kinderen. Op 5 minuten rijden is er een fantastische speeltuin. Ook is er leuk speelgoed aanwezig. Dus voor een gezin een prima keuze. Enige minpunt wat ik kon vinden was dat ik 20 euro voor linnen (zonder handdoeken) wat prijzig vond. Houd er wel rekening mee dat de dichtstbijzijnde relevante supermarkt beneden in het dorp is. Een echte grote bevind zich net voor Aosta zelf.

La casa è PERFETTA, pulitissima, arredata con mobili, materassi e coperte sopra alla media; a noi non piace il microonde ma accidenti....se ci fosse anche il forno sarebbe meglio che a casa!! Per i più "digitali" la tv è dotata di ingresso HDMI e USB (legge anche file video su penna)... Non abbiamo conosciuto il Sig. Mauro per un problemino di salute, gli auguriamo di riprendersi presto e al meglio, è stato sostituito dalla signora Emy che ci ha accolto con una gentilezza e garbo assolutamente da sottolineare. Una piccola frazione accanto al bosco, immersa nel silenzio di questa valle così lontana dal caos a cui siamo abituati. La casa è calda accogliente e super attrezzata con tutto quanto potrebbe essere necessario. I mobili sono stati costruiti in gran parte dal proprietario sfruttando al meglio gli spazi comunque ampi. L'Alta via n° 2 passa proprio accanto alla casa e comunque a pochi minuti di auto ci sono numerose passeggiate e rifugi raggiungibili in 2 ore circa di cammino. torneremo per visitarli ! Casa molto bella e pulita, situata nel contesto naturale e incontaminato di un piccolo villaggio della Valle D'Aosta in cui abbiamo trovato silenzio, relax e bellezza. Il paese é a pochi minuti e i servizi soddisfano le esigenze di chi cerca una vacanza lontano dai grandi flussi turistici. Il Signor Mauro é una persona squisita e disponibilissima. La casa offerta da Mauro ed Emy risponde alla descrizione che ne viene fatta, risulta anche più bella, inserita in una verde e fiorita frazione di case in pietra sotto il bosco, oltre uno stretto e affascinante ponticello. Non vi manca nulla, dalla cucina attrezzatissima e funzionale, del noce con cui Mauro ha costruito i funzionali armadi, alla spaziosa sala da pranzo e alle due comode camere che danno sulla pietra dei tetti. Lo spazio verde antistante il rustico é completato da un ricco orto da cui i proprietari o Roger il vicino, possono fornire verdure fresche. I nostro soggiorno è stato gradevolssimo e favorito dal bel tempo che ha facilitato gli spostamenti e le escursioni. La valle, stretta e molto verde finisce in un grande specchio d'acqua per lasciare posto a salite che portano comodamente in quota ai piedi dei ghiacciai. E' percorsa da una quantità di torrenti che la rallegrano, e la casa si trova intorno alla metà, posizione secondo noi ottima per gustare la montagna ma non distantissima dall'arteria principale della regione attraverso la quale facilmente sono connesse le diverse caratteristiche vallate valdostane. L'auto è indispensabile, e non se ne incrociano molte lungo la strada, ci si sente proprio immersi nella natura, lontani dai clamori cittadini. I nostri ospiti sono stati gentili e disponibili, rimanendo riservati, i dirimpettai che tutti vorremmo avere. La distanza da centri più ricchi di locali non si è fatta sentire per nulla, sorprese sgradite non ne abbiamo avute qui ai piedi del Ruitor, è stata una bella porta d'ingresso al maestoso Parco del Gran Paradiso ed alla Val d'Aosta, che ci fa ben sperare di potervi presto ritornare.

io e mia moglie con cognato e cognata abbiamo passato una splendida settimana in posto meraviglioso,la valgrisansche una splendida valle,eravamo a 4 km dal capoluogo in una piccola ma bellissima frazione in una casa davvero molto bella,pulita spaziosa è arredata con cura e molto gusto,mauro e sua moglie due splendide persone che ti fanno sentire di casa,pronti a darti dei consigli utili per qualsiasi esigenza,a noi molto utili per consigliarti dei percorsi x trekking.consigliato al 100%.colgo l'occasione per salutare mauro e sua moglie.giorgio,daniela,dario e gabriella
