Far from the madding crowd

Beautiful place, very calm, you can hear only the stream of water and cow bells. Great location for hikes in different valleys. We strongly recommend this accomodation. The owner -Hi Andrea! - is very hospitable.

Great location if you want to stay far away from the crowds. House is basic but has most things you'd need for a short stay.

Beds and mattresses are really, really bad. Don't expect to get a lot of sleep. Location is far away from the crowds but also means you need to drive a while for a restaurant or hike in the mountains.

Grand-Haury è uno splendido borgo incastonato nel magnifico panorama alpino valdostano, a due passi dal Gran Paradiso. Lontano dal traffico e dal rumore della città, l'aria è pulitissima e si respira pace e tranquillità. L'appartamento di Andrea è ben attrezzato, spazioso e confortevole, con giardinetto e parcheggio vicinissimo.

Un angolo di casa nel cuore della Valle d’Aosta! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

La nostra vacanza ad Arvier è stata semplicemente perfetta! Questa casa è un piccolo gioiello: curata nei minimi dettagli, pulitissima e con un’atmosfera che ti avvolge fin dal primo momento. La posizione è ideale per visitare facilmente le meraviglie della Valle d’Aosta: in poco tempo si raggiungono borghi incantevoli, panorami mozzafiato e itinerari da sogno. Ma il vero valore aggiunto è Andrea, il proprietario: una persona squisita, che ci ha accolti con calore sincero, facendoci sentire come se fossimo ospiti speciali. Grazie ai suoi consigli abbiamo scoperto luoghi autentici e meno turistici, che hanno reso questa vacanza unica e indimenticabile. Se cercate un posto dove sentirvi davvero a casa, circondati da bellezza, comfort e ospitalità genuina… questa è la scelta perfetta. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare!

Manque d information sur la réservation sur le manque de drap et serviette . Au vue du prix de la nuitée c est dommage de rapporter ces équipements par nos soins.

Prima comfortabele plek wanneer je rust en natuur wenst, op korte afstand van dorp en winkel.

De ligging is schitterend. Goede parkeerplaats naast het appartement. Beschikt over terras en tuin incl tuinmeubels. De slaapkamers zijn lekker koel, slaapt zich prima. Badkamer heel comfortabel. 2 toiletten en een bijkeuken om spullen te stallen.

Er zou iets meer keukengerei om eten oo te dienen mogen zijn, bijv slabestek, knoflookpers en een schaar. Wij hebben wat geïmproviseerd. Verder was alles in voldoende mate aanwezig .

Prachtig berghuisje om tot rust te komen

Heerlijk rustig gelegen huisje op een prachtige locatie. Het is het laatste huisje van een charmant dorpje en vanaf het balkon kijk je uit op de berghellingen en grazende koeien. Een plek om je even terug te trekken uit de drukte. Andrea is een voortreffelijke gastheer. We komen hier graag nog eens terug.

In het dorpje zelf zijn geen faciliteiten. Dat maakt dat het er zo heerlijk rustig is maar het hebben van een auto is wel noodzakelijk om ergens te geraken.

Posizione tranquillissima, casa comoda, grande e fornita di tutto il necessario. Andrea è molto gentile, disponibile e discreto. Animali accolti senza supplementi. Parcheggio sotto casa.

Ruhe und Entspannung

Der kleine Ort Grand-Haury ist wunderbar gelegen. Mitten in der Natur, ohne Verkehr, absolut ruhig. Die Straße endet quasi vor der Casa Vacanza. Das Haus, wie auch sämtliche Nachbarhäuser sind in traditionellem Stil aus Naturstein erbaut. Es wirkt fast wie ein Museumsdorf, dabei ist alles sauber und gepflegt. Auf einer gut befahrbaren Straße ist man in weniger als 10 Minuten unten im Tal, im Ort Arvier, von wo aus man Ausflüge in alle Richtungen unternehmen kann. Die Ferienwohnung war gut ausgestattet. Es gibt schöne Sitzmöglichkeiten im Freien, auf dem Balkon, sowie Liegen im kleinen Garten. Das WLAN war gut und stabil.

Der Baustil bringt es mit sich, dass es recht dunkel ist in der Wohnung. Bei schlechtem Wetter könnte das düster wirken. Wenn man sich tagsüber vorwiegend draußen aufhält und es sehr sonnig ist, so wie in unseren Fall, fällt das nicht so stark auf. Bei Hitze im Sommer könnten die dicken Steinmauern sogar durchaus von Vorteil sein.
