Está bien ubicado. Una de las habitaciones es amplia y las camas son cómodas. El aire acondicionado funciona muy bien y enfría rápido.
Los desagües de las dos duchas están atascados. Una de las habitaciones es pequeña y es incómodo entrar en la cama dos personas porque está muy pegada a la pared. Es muy ruidoso, se escucha ruido de la calle, del portal y de otros pisos. La terraza y la cocina son más pequeñas de lo que parece en las fotos y no hay lavadora, cosa que me parece necesaria.
