Ambra Sorrento Suites Short Rent

Fabulous location for the town, port and train station. Pool area was Beautiful, clean and not too crowded. Be aware pool caps are mandatory. Pool closes between 2pm and 4pm, we thought this would be a problem but we really enjoyed the quiet time in the area around the pool. Room was spotless and all beds were very comfortable. The accommodation is on a road with noise but if you lock the shutters it was fine. Definitely worth it for the location. I would not hesitate to return. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Would have liked a flat sun-bed as they are more like a chairs ( comfy though ).

Lovely sized apartment, balcony and kitchen area. Very clean and towels on arrival . Hosts were very helpful with any queries . Would definitely recommend. Walking distance of main shops and restaurants and beach .

Location was easy to walk into Sorrento and buses beyond. Recommend Il Leone Rossi for dinner

Pool hours were only 4-7pm but it was a decent size and depth for proper swimming.

The location was amazing. It was within walking distance of everything we needed, with lots of great restaurants, shops and other amenities nearby. The beach was also not too far away, which was really convenient. The location was definitely the highlight of our stay.

Unfortunately, there were quite a few issues with comfort during our stay. The bed was uncomfortable and the property was extremely noisy, both from outside and within the building. We struggled to sleep properly every night. The shower was also very poor. The water pressure was terrible and the temperature would constantly fluctuate. Around two minutes into a shower, the water could suddenly become ice cold and then switch to boiling hot, making it very difficult to have a comfortable shower. We also had an issue with the towels. I contacted the host to request additional towels, as I needed extra towels during my stay. It took quite a while to receive a response, and I was told the owner would be there the following morning. The towels were eventually replaced, but it took a full day. As I needed clean towels, I washed the towels we had available in the washing machine as I was trying to do the right thing while waiting for additional towels. I was then contacted and asked not to wash the towels in the washing machine, as they apparently need to be washed at a laundry. This was frustrating, particularly as I had already contacted the host to request more towels and was waiting for a response.
