The location was excellent, only a very short walk to the local supermarket and the main strip of shops. The accommodation, although quite small was very comfortable for the 5 of us and had everything we needed. It also felt very secure for the family and I would defiantly stay here again with the family. The host was also very responsive and helpful.
We thought the pool was going to be able to be used but I hadn’t read all the information that it was seasonal. However that was only a very small disappointment.

Close to tourist area and amenities
Traffic noise and noise from walking from upstairs apartment. Power point for kettle was on the ground not near table. Fridge was not cold, remote did not work for TV

The property was well located in Sorrento and within a gated community. The room (not an apartment as we expected) was sparkling clean! The floor tiles glistened!
Loved having a washing machine and place to dry our things.
We needed extra towels which we asked for and promptly received.
We expected an apartment from the pics and write up, but it was a room, bathroom and lovely balcony.
It was so well located and super clean so we easily overcame our disappointment.

Location was good. Short walk to the stores and restaurants. Close to the bus stop and taxi stand. The train station is only a 7 minute walk away. Easy check in. Host walked us through the apartment. Plenty of room for a family of three. The kitchen had everything you could need - a towel, sponge, dish soap. My daughter loved hanging out on the balcony. Appreciated the power outlets near the two beds. Felt safe while staying at this apartment.
Pool is advertised as open seasonally. Was told a week before my trip (5/30-6/3) that it won't be open during our stay. Host said it doesn't open till 6/21. They should post the dates the pool is open at booking. Would have booked elsewhere as a pool was a top priority since we had out 7 y/o with us. We had planned a lot of our trip around pool time. Very upsetting.
The bedroom balcony is right above a bar so lots of noise, talking, etc. well into the night. Not ideal for light sleepers like myself.
The spare pillows were needed since the others were very flat and there weren't pillow cases for them. Wish the bathroom and main family area had more hooks.
