Das Haus ist ganz neu und sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Es bietet sehr viel Platz, ist sehr hell und gemütlich. Wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist sehr gut, in wenigen Minuten ist man direkt an der Strandpromenade. Auch zur Haltestelle der Kustentram sind es nur wenige Gehminuten.
