Small apartments with a good location.

Convenient location: nearby is a beautiful park, a large two-story parking lot, a short walk to the beach and the sea. Contactless key transfer, which is very convenient. You do not depend on anyone and manage your own time. Quiet enough. There is an elevator. The apartments have basic basic things, dishes. The kitchenette has a microwave, stove top, refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine. Fan.

The apartment is really small. It is for two adults, a child at most. If you unfold the sofa and bed, then there is no more space in the room at all. The furniture and renovation are already waiting for an update. Especially in the bathroom. Of the two windows, one window is broken, it is impossible to open it. And unfortunately, it is the window that should be opened. Because if you open the other, it interferes with the sofa. Another point is the curtains. To open the window, you need to fully open the curtains, because you cannot open the window through them. And of course, in the evening you sit like in a shop window with lighting for everyone on the street who can fully see what is happening to you. Otherwise, if you close the curtains, you are forced to close the windows. There is very little light in the bathroom. And important information is that you have to pay separately for bed linen and towels. This is not included in the price of the apartments. There was no information about this in the description of the apartments at the stage of selection and payment. Only then do you receive letters warning you about this. Well, what about the deposit (which is returned in a couple of days).

cheap n cheerfull

small but a HQ to mooching about, take your own bedding and towels because there is a charge, you only find out after payment, great for the beach and tram to Ostend.

hidden charges ie…. a damage deposit of €200 but they wavered because it’s hard to transfer and even a charge for towels @ €4 each, a bit naughty but great location.

Would have been nice if we were a couple and not a family

The appartement is clearly not appropriate for young children. The windows can be open easily. The handle is located 1 meter high and the window flips towards the outside without any safety guard, which makes it easy to fall from the second floor. Watch out.

Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar !!!

Goede conversatie met de verhuurder, een vraagstelling is voor deze geen probleem. Alles wordt heel duidelijk gecommuniceerd. Studio met alles erop en eraan, voor onze periode zeer van belang, goede verwarming en goed warm water. Keuken is voorzien van alle voorzieningen, voldoende bestek, waterkoker, microgolfoven, koffiemachine...te veel om op te noemen...😉 Ons zie je zeker nog terug !!!

Het weer, maar daar kan de verhuurder spijtig genoeg niets aan doen...😉😁

Teleurgesteld

De locatie was goed dicht bij de wandeldijk en de tram.

De studio was gedateerd, de matras van het bed was slecht en dringend aan vervanging toe alsook de sofa is helemaal doorgezakt. De verwarming moest je 's nachts afzetten anders werd je constant wakker van het op en afslaan van de radiatoren. Wij hebben al veel gereisd maar we hebben nog nooit apart moeten bijbetalen voor beddengoed of handdoeken wat hier wel was. Naar onze mening is dit helemaal geen 8,5 waard.

We agréable au studio Algarve

Studio confortable bien aménagé avec tout ce qui est nécessaire pour passer quelques jours à la mer. Bonne communication avec le propriétaire pour la remise des clés et les informations.

Une couette plus chaude ou une couverture en plus serait agréable en hiver ( pour éviter de devoir utiliser le chauffage pendant la nuit).

Was een heel mooi locatie

heel klein kamer voor 3 persoon bijna geen loop ruimte heel oud bed voor handdoek moesten we 20 euro en bedden goed 30 euro bij betalen boven de boeking koste erg jammer maar we hebben ons spullen zelf meegenomen

Ideale uitvalsbasis voor een kort verblijf

Fijne plek, centraal gelegen, ideaal voor een paar dagen er even tussenuit te zijn. Goede en snelle communicatie met de verhuurder

Alles was eigenlijk prima in orde. Afwasmachine werkte niet (was voor ons niet storend maar misschien wel best op voorhand vermelden) Voor een langer verblijf kan ik me voorstellen dat er beperkte kastruimte is maar opnieuw voor ons geen probleem aangezien we er maar enkele dagen verbleven

de locatie is schitterend en overal kortbij. Fantastisch! De gastvrouw/heer is ook zeer communicatief en heeft ons voorzien van proper gewassen lakens Alles was netjes opgeborgen en makkelijk terug te vinden zoals beschreven in het mail verkeer.

Niet meteen minpunten. Het gebouw is vrij verouderd alsook de studio maar desondanks zeer netjes en hygiënisch ingericht

Vriendelijke communicatie, een comfortabel bed, vlakbij strand, tramhalte en parking, alles aanwezig in de keuken en zelfs het keukenmes was nog redelijk scherp. Het was een aangenaam verblijf.
