Excellent Location - Both Old town and Kolovare Beach are just a few hundred metres from the property. It offers all essentials for making your stay comfortable including Iron, Washing Machine, Cooking Stuff, Linens and Towels and off course Air Conditioning. The Host is super amazing and takes care of every small requirement. She arranged coffee and kettle for us very quickly. Even allowed us for some space to keep our luggage at her place as our flight was in the later part of the night.

This is a nice flat in a central location in old Zadar with sea view.
There is a sofa bed in the living room and one double bed in the bedroom.
It was clean and modern. Decent size kitchen, had a washing machine which was a big +.
The land lady was helpful and friendly and gave us things that were missing.
There is only one AC in the living room, it could really do with one also in the bedroom.
We had quite a few basic things missing, like frying pan, sugar, kettle but I must say that the land lady gave them all on our request.
There was no key in the toilet, which can cause embarrassing situations.

lokalizacja pokoj przecietny brak czajnika po 2 dniach doniesli po upomnieniu, bardzo scisle centrum to na plus .ale do kazdej plazy daleko.pokoj sredni brak balkonu , srednio czysto w lazience na plus klima w pokoju.
plaza daleko sa 4 plaze w zadar i do kazder od 2 do 4 km .ewentualnie przy molo mozna sie opalac na betonie i jak ktos odwazny skakac do wody.
