Lokalizacja przy samym jeziorze i wyposażenie domu i ogrodu, sprzęt wodny.
Fajnie jakby do ludki był silnik elektryczny i jakby gospodarz wyczyścił wejście do wody bo nawet wiosła mi ciężko operować a łowienie z brzegu bardzo trudne. Naprawdę warto o to zadbać tak jak widziałem przy innych działkach. Ogólnie jezioro bardzo mocno zarośnięte co ogranicza wędkowanie.

Zatoka Kalwie to fantastyczne miejsce na wypoczynek i pełen relaks. Piękna okolica, cisza oraz bliskość natury sprawiają, że można tu naprawdę odpocząć i naładować baterie. Na duży plus zasługują przesympatyczni właściciele, którzy dbają o świetną atmosferę i komfort gości. Dodatkowym atutem jest duża ilość dostępnego sprzętu — rowery, hulajnogi czy piłkarzyki zapewniają świetną rozrywkę zarówno dla dzieci, jak i dorosłych. To miejsce, do którego chce się wracać.

Die Treppe nach oben zum Schlafen ist baubedingt sehr eng, der Steg wurde mit den Bewohnern des anderen Hauses geteilt, es ist kein Badesee
