Fantastische service. Omdat whirlpool niet mogelijk was door de lage temperaturen, werd er snel een Hot Tub georganiseerd en mochten we de sauna gratis gebruiken. Bij aankomst was er een attentie in de koelkast (Glühwein, champagne en chocola). Verder was het huisje heel schoon en was er aan alles gedacht. Binnenkomen werkte met een code waardoor we ook bij een latere aankomst gewoon naar binnen konden komen.
Veel mails vooraf aan ons verblijf. Dat zou misschien iets minder kunnen door informatie te bundelen. Extra schoonmaakkosten van €50 voor onze hond vonden wij aan de hoge kant, omdat er gevraagd werd om zelf het huisje te stofzuigen. Daarna was het al zo goed als schoon. Maar ondanks dit komen we er volgend jaar graag weer.
