מרווח לשני אנשים. מיטה נוחה רצח וספה נוחה ממש כיור גדול מלא תאורה תכלס פשוט הכל נוח שם. גם מבחינת מיקום אם אין בעיה להתנהל בקטנה עם אוטובוסים הכי הרבה שהולכים זה חמש עשר דק לחוף קיסוסקי או שיורדים חמש דק הליכה ולוקחים אוטובוס לשאר החופים
האמת שהכל מעולה. רק הדלת לחדר זה דלת הזזה של מרפסת אבל ממש לא מפריע

הבעלים אדם מקסים וטוב לב . יש חניה בשפע , קרוב להכל . יחידת דיור נפרדת בוילה, מקלחת ושירותים נקיים עם סבונים. יש להביא מגבת , אנחנו שכחנו ובעל הנכס הביא לנו . ממש צמוד למקום יש סופר מרקט עם כל מה שצריך . מזגן מצויין .
