Saltwater Fantasea -Palermo is a newly constructed ultra-modern four-bedroom, four-bath private two-level home with a heated swimming pool & spa, and a backyard with a privacy fence located close to Estero Boulevard. Near Times Square, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach, with its 7 miles of white, sugar sand beaches, numerous activities, restaurants, and shopping, all within walking or biking distance. Water activities abound; there are parasailing, jet ski rentals, and fishing charters to name a few. Trolleys run up and down the island, plus this location is situated such that it provides quicker ingress and egress to and from the mainland. Amenities include ample off-street parking, a two-car garage, an elevator, complimentary WiFi, central air conditioning, ceiling fans, a laundry room, and all linens and towels are provided. In addition to the garage and furnished entry foyer with an elevator, the lower level consists of a large area behind the garage with plenty of covered outdoor space, high-end furnishings, a gas grill, and a paved deck area around the heated pool and spa.

Upon arrival entry to the main living area is through the entry foyer and your choice of either stairs or an elevator to a hallway with a laundry room and then into the large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living areas with vaulted ceilings. There is beautiful porcelain tile flooring throughout with area rugs. The well-equipped kitchen has an extended wood ceiling surrounded by windows above the already vaulted ceilings, with plenty of marble countertops with tile backsplash, a pantry, and cabinets with all the necessary items to prepare full-course meals if so desired. Appliances are all high-end stainless-steel and include a side-by-side refrigerator with pull-out freezer drawer and ice-maker, a 6-burner gas range with oven, and beneath the large kitchen island with stainless steel sink is a microwave oven and dishwasher. The dining side of the island has eight bar seats. The adjacent dining area has a large table seating eight on an area rug, which flows nicely into the living area which has a sleeper sofa, accent tables and lamps, a coffee table, and a matching loveseat on an area rug. Opposite the sofa is a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Expansive wall-to-wall sliding glass doors in the living and dining areas provide access to the covered open balcony overlooking the heated swimming pool and spa surrounded by lush tropical foliage and a privacy fence.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, nightstands and lamps, a double dresser, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Sliding glass doors provide access to a covered balcony overlooking the front of the home. The large en suite bathroom has a marble vanity with a decorator lavatory, storage space beneath a full wall mirror, a commode, a nicely tiled walk-in shower with a glass door, and a large walk-in closet. Sliding glass doors from here provide access out to a covered balcony. The first guest bedroom has a king-size bed, nightstand, and lamp, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, ample closet space, and sliding glass doors leading out to the covered balcony.
